1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using our website or services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in accordance with applicable laws in the United Arab Emirates. If you do not accept these terms, please discontinue use of our services.

2. Eligibility

Clients must be at least 18 years of age or the legal age of majority in their jurisdiction to engage our services. By using our services, you confirm that you meet this eligibility requirement.

3. Scope of Services

Elite Digital Hub provides digital marketing and consultancy services, including but not limited to paid ads, social media, branding, website development, and lead generation. Services will be rendered as outlined in project agreements and communication with the client.

4. Payment Terms

All fees are payable in advance or as per mutually agreed milestones. Upon making the initial payment, 30% shall be considered non-refundable as an administrative and resource allocation fee. All prices are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise.

5. Intellectual Property

All designs, strategies, code, content, and deliverables created by Elite Digital Hub remain the intellectual property of the company until full payment is received. Upon payment completion, ownership may be transferred to the client, unless otherwise stated in writing.

6. Client Obligations

• Provide timely access to required materials, credentials, and approvals.
• Maintain active communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Acknowledge that delays in client responses may affect delivery timelines.

7. Confidentiality & Data Use

All information shared during the project shall be kept confidential. Elite Digital Hub adheres to UAE PDPL regulations in storing and handling personal or business data provided by the client.

8. Limitation of Liability

Elite Digital Hub shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from or related to your use of our services. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the total fee paid by the client for the specific service in dispute.

9. Termination of Service

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if you breach these Terms & Conditions, misuse our services, or violate UAE laws. You may also terminate the project at any time; however, the refund will follow the policy outlined in the Refund Clause.

10. Refund Policy

Refund requests are subject to review. No refunds shall be granted for completed work. If the client terminates before project commencement, 30% of the total payment will be retained, and the remainder refunded within 14 business days.

11. Force Majeure

Elite Digital Hub shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performance due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, internet outages, government regulations, or acts of war.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. All disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Dubai, UAE.
